Samsung Galaxy A05 With 6.7-Inch And 5,000 mAh Battery Launched In India،
Expanding its range of affordable phones, Samsung has launched the Galaxy A05 in India. It has a large screen, a 3.5mm headphone jack for wired headsets, and a big 5,000 mAh battery that lasts all day. Although the smartphone was unveiled in the global market in September, it took around two months to arrive in India, where it will face tough competition from other manufacturers like Realme, Xiaomi, Vivo, etc.
Design of the Samsung Galaxy A05
The Galaxy A05 features a dual camera setup on the rear panel, inspired by the high-end Galaxy S series. There are no cutouts for the camera. Instead, we get two lenses protruding from the clean rear panel. Users benefit from a teardrop notch on the front panel which houses the front camera. Although the glasses on three sides are equal, there is a chin at the bottom.

The Samsung Galaxy A05 comes with a 6.7-inch LCD display with a resolution of 262 pixels per inch. Under the hood, the smartphone features the octa-core Helio G85 chipset, with two cores at 2.0 GHz and six cores at 1.8 GHz. The 12nm processor comes with two storage and memory options: one with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage and the other with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.
Regarding optics, the entry-level smartphone has a 50MP (f/1.8) primary sensor and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. On the front, users get an 8MP (f/2.0) selfie shooter. Users can record videos in 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second with the phone. Connectivity options on the phone include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.3, GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C 2.0, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The smartphone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W wired charging. Out of the box, the smartphone runs on a One UI main body based on Android 13, which is usually the case for Samsung smartphones affordable.

The Samsung Galaxy A05 4G is available in India at Rs. 9,999. 9,999 for the model with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage and Rs. 9,999. 12,499 for the model with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. Currently, the smartphone is available through Croma, but soon it will also be available on other major retail platforms in the country.
