Oppo only briefly showed off the Pad Air2 tablet at its recent event in China, focusing on the company’s new flagships, the Reno11 and Reno11 Pro. Even though little information about the tablet was revealed during the said event, the official tablet page provides extensive details, including technical specifications, price and availability. As the title suggests, Oppo’s new Pad Air2 tablet appears to be a rebranded OnePlus Pad Go, designed specifically for the Chinese market. The tablet will hit shelves this weekend, but it’s now available for pre-order for as low as $180 and as high as $240.

The tablet sports a large 11.4-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2408 x 1720 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. This affordable Android slate is powered by a large 8,000 mAh battery with fast charging support of 33 W.

Additionally, Oppo’s tablet comes with Dolby Atmos sound, coupled with four speakers. The Pad Air2 is a Wi-Fi-only affair, so no cellular connectivity is available on this particular tablet.

The tablet packs varying amounts of memory: 6/128 GB, 8/128 GB, and 8/256 GB. If it really is just a rebranded OnePlus Pad Go, then we expect the new tablet to from Oppo is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset (or something similar).

Of course, the Pad Air2 supports a stylus, as well as an 8-megapixel rear camera and another 8-megapixel shooter on the front. According to Oppo, the Pad Air2 comes with ColorOS 13, based on Android 13.
