Highly-spec’d RedMagic 9 Pro series unveiled in China with U.S. version to be introduced next month،
The RedMagic 9 Pro and RedMagic 9 Pro+ gaming phones were unveiled today in China and come with premium specifications. Both models are powered by the all-new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Application Processor (AP) and enhanced ICE 13 cooling system that lowers temperatures up to 64 degrees Fahrenheit and has a built-in cooling fan spinning at 22 000 rpm. The 520Hz shoulder triggers help with gameplay.
Both phones sport a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1111 x 2480 and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The RedMagic 9 Pro is equipped with a 6,500mAh battery that supports one charge fast 80 W. This allows the battery to be fully charged in just 35 minutes. The battery can run the phone for up to two days between charges. The RedMagic 9 Pro+ is powered by a 5,500mAh battery with 165W charging that will replenish the cell to 100% in just 16 minutes. The battery on this model will last up to 1.5 days between charges.
The RedMagic 9 Pro comes in Black, Transparent Silver, and Transparent Black with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage (¥4,399 or $615.68). A version of the device with 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage and an 80W fast charger is available in black (¥4,799, $676) and a variant with 12 GB of RAM, 512 GB of storage and a 80 W charger will be offered in black. As for the RedMagic 9 Pro+, it is available in black (¥5,499, $77,482), transparent silver (¥5,699, $803) and transparent black (¥5,699, $803) with 16 GB RAM, 256 GB storage and a 165W charger. A variant in black (¥5,799, $817.09), transparent silver (¥5,999, $845.27) and transparent black (¥5,999, $845.27) sports 16GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and a 165W charger. A black version (¥6,999, $986.18) will come with 24GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, and a 165W charger. W. And all models come with a 3.5mm earphone jack!
In China, pre-orders for the phones begin today and open sales will begin on November 28. The international version of RedMagic Pro 9 will be available from redmagic.gg starting with an announcement on December 18 at 7 a.m. EST (4 a.m. PST) and an early bird offer will be revealed on December 28.
