Oppo Reno11 series launched in China with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1،

Just in time. Oppo today officially launched the Oppo Reno11 series with two devices aptly named Reno11 and Reno11 Pro. An Oppo Pad Air 2 was also followed, although we’ll get to that later. Talking about the Reno11 series, it comes with powerful chips, improved cameras and a slightly better design and most other specifications remain more or less the same. Let’s look at this in more depth.

Oppo Reno11 and Reno11 Pro series: Specs and features

Oppo Reno11 features a 6.7-inch curved OLED panel with a resolution of 2412 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The display has a local peak brightness of 950 nits and PWM dimming of 2,160 Hz. Oppo Reno11 Pro upgrades to a 6.74-inch curved OLED with a resolution of 1.5K pixels, a density of 450PPI, and a local peak brightness of up to 1600 nits.

Both devices feature cutouts in the center housing a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor. On the back, we have a 50 MP Sony IMX890 OIS main snapper, plus an 8 MP ultra-wide and a 32 MP Sony IMX709 2x telephoto lens. The standard Reno11 instead uses a 32MP Sony LTY-600 main camera while sharing the other two sensors.

Reno11 draws its power from the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC paired with UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5X RAM. ColorOS 14, powered by Android 14, takes the helm as under-the-hood software. Coming to the Reno11, the 699Pro draws power from the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 released as a flagship in 2021.

Talking about other features, the entire Reno11 series has Bluetooth v5.4, USB-C, Wi-Fi 6, dual SIM with 5G support, GNSS, NFC, and dual stereo speaker setup. An under-display fingerprint scanner supports the duo’s biometrics.

Finally, we have the 4,800mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC charging as standard. The Pro has reduced its capacity by a few mAh to 4,700 mAh while gaining 80W SuperVOOC wired charging support.
