Ingredients :
4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1 Tbsp. water
½ cup avocado oil
1 egg, whisked
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 cup asiago cheese, shredded
¼ Tsp. garlic powder
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions :
1. Garlic, salt, and pepper should be stirred into grated parmesan cheese in a basin.
2. The beaten egg should be combined with the water in a separate dish.
3. Salt and pepper the chicken, then dip it in egg, and last in the cheese mixture.
4. Oil a skillet over medium heat, sear the chicken breasts on both sides until they’re brown, and then move them to a baking dish.
5. Put in an oven preheated to 350 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes.
6. Put the chicken on a baking sheet, sprinkle with bacon and Asiago cheese, and broil for a few minutes.
7. In a hot dish.
