Ingredients :
8 Oz. calamari, cut in medium rings
7 Oz. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 eggs
3 Tbsp. coconut flour
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
2 Tbsp. avocado, chopped
1 Tsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
A splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 Tsp. lemon juice
2 lemon slices
Salt and black pepper to the taste
½ Tsp. turmeric
Directions :
1. Combine egg and coconut oil in a mixing basin.
2. Mix in the shrimp and calamari rings until everything is well coated.
3. Flour, salt, pepper, and turmeric should be stirred together in a separate basin.
4. Bake the calamari and shrimp for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F after being dredged in the mixture and placed on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Turn the shrimp and calamari over and bake for another 10 minutes.
6. Avocado, mayonnaise, and tomato paste may be mashed together in the meanwhile.
7. Toss in Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and mix well.
8. The calamari and shrimp should be divided across plates, and the sauce and lemon juice should be served on the side.
